Privacy policy

Last updated 5 Nov 2026. [Owner to confirm: legal entity name and a contact email for privacy requests.]

What we collect

When you send a booking request we collect your name, mobile number, the ritual, preferred date and time, any note you add, and how you found the site (for example the ad or search that brought you). We use these only to confirm and manage your booking.

Where it is stored

Booking requests are saved to a private Google Sheet owned by Orion Wellness Spa, Punawale and sent to the spa by email. Only staff who confirm bookings can see them. Rows older than 12 months are deleted.

Calls and WhatsApp

If you tick the consent box, we may call or WhatsApp you about that booking only. We don't send marketing messages without asking.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to count visits and which buttons are tapped (call, WhatsApp, booking). This helps us understand which pages and ads work. It doesn't identify you by name.
